Insurance Sales Representative: Your Role
This role is all about helping people find the right insurance protection. You’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting sales goals: Selling insurance products to individuals and families, ensuring they have the coverage they need.
- Building relationships: Understanding clients’ needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
- Providing excellent service: Being there for clients before, during, and after the sale to answer questions and address concerns.
- Staying connected: Following up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any changing needs.
- Maintaining a strong work ethic: Being persistent and committed to delivering high-quality service.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial services (BFSI) industry, focusing on life insurance.
- A strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Being between the ages of 22 and 38.
- Being a resident for at least 3-5 years.
Candidate Criteria:
