Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales & Marketing
CTC : 3.15 LPA +Incentive + Other Benefit
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve targets
Generate leads and close deals
Manage key client relationships
Support and guide junior team members
Develop business growth strategies
Monitor performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline
- 2 to 4 years of field sales experience (any industry)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
