Position: : Sales Manager
Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales & Marketing
CTC : 2.50 to 5 LPA +Incentive + Other Benefit
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads in the assigned area
- Meet customers and clearly explain products or services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Update customer details and sales records regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Shareregular performance updates with the reporting manager
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline
- 2 to 4 years of field sales experience (any industry)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
