Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– Complete assigned leads and produce recommendations from each client interaction
– Meet the monthly sales goals set forth by the organisation.
– Cross-selling and up-selling life insurance products in accordance with the organization’s definition and the life cycle demands of the consumers.
– During regular business hours, meeting with clients to request insurance products based on appointments
– Make sure that each customer has a thorough financial need analysis completed, and then offer insurance options based on that study.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience
– Good communication skills
