Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

– Complete assigned leads and obtain recommendations from each client interaction

– Meet the monthly sales goals set forth by the company.

– Cross-selling and upselling life insurance products in accordance with the organization’s definition and the life cycle demands of the consumers.

– Meeting with clients to discuss insurance options in the course of regular business.

– Make sure that each customer has a thorough financial need analysis completed, and then offer insurance options depending on the results.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is Mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
