Job Description

As a Branch Service Manager in the Direct Channel, your primary role is to oversee and manage the operations and customer service activities of the branch. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for clients and customers, while also maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee branch operations and customer service.
• Lead and support the service team.
• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams.
• Maintain client relationships and reports.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
