Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– Leads the sales team in a leadership capacity.
– Encourages and motivates the sales staff to meet quotas.
– Examines and evaluates operational and sales records and reports; projects sales, establishes goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets using data.
– Determines and evaluates consumer preferences to effectively focus sales efforts.
– Assigns sales teams regions and quotas.
– Speaks with prospective clients to learn about their wants; then, finds and recommends tools, supplies, or services to fulfil those needs.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good communication skills
