Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the business activities within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain connections with brokers, agents, and financial organizations.
  • Implement sales methods to achieve revenue goals and grow the clientele.
  • assemble, manage, and train a group of sales specialists.
  • Analyze the market to find opportunities, then modify your plans.
  • Maintain solid connections with important stakeholders and make sure regulations are followed.
  • Team performance is monitored and evaluated, and any necessary assistance and training is given.
  • Report on industry trends and sales activity on a regular basis.

Requirement:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: min. 2 year in filed sales
  • Must be local candidate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
