Looking Channel Sales Manager who can recruit team leader and financial advisors from open market.
Responsibilities:
– Producing sales leads that turn into new clients.
– Determining and evaluating clients’ wants in order to satisfy them
– Keep an eye on the Agency team’s daily activities, planning, and execution.
– Manage the hiring of agents to fulfil the sales goals.
– Commission-based training and development for agents
– Review your team performance and mentor them as per their capacity
– Sourcing a business through your team and customers by providing support of sales and services.

Experience : 4+ years in any sales or marketing + 1 year of exp. in life insurance
