Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

– Reaching predetermined sales targets.

– Assigning personal goals to each member of the sales team.

– Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on outcomes as needed.

– Supervising the sales team’s performance and activities.

– Organising lead generation in tandem with marketing.

– The continuous education of your sales staff.

– Building your sales staff via guidance, education, and motivation regarding the product.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 4 LPA

– Good communication skills
