Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

– Find, hire, and train new advisers or sales representatives.

– Create and preserve a top-performing sales team by giving regular coaching and training.

– Establish and share with the team goals and targets for sales.

– Keep an eye on and assess each agent’s and the team’s overall performance.

– Create and put into action a sales strategy to meet goals and targets.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
