– Attract, integrate, and instruct fresh advisers or sales representatives.
– By giving regular coaching and training, you can build and keep a high-achieving sales team.
– Define and share with the team the goals and targets for sales.
– Assess and track each agent’s and the team’s overall performance.
– To accomplish sales goals and targets, develop and implement sales tactics.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
