Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide guidance and inspiration to field sales representatives while leading, training, and evaluating them.
• Execute strategic sales strategy to meet or surpass BFSI sales targets.
• Increase your consumer base by acquiring new accounts and developing client relationships.
• Maintain solid connections with key clients by providing specialized financial solutions to their requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor actions.
• Present monthly sales reports to senior management, emphasizing important performance indicators and areas for development.
• Ensure that sales operations are in accordance with the rules.

Desired Candidate: 

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1 + Years of Experience in BFSI Sales and Marketing
• Age: 21 to 38 years
