Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• Managing consumer interactions and bringing in the desired amount of money.
• Making phone calls and interacting with potential clients in order to increase revenue
• Building enduring relationships with clients is the main goal.
• Maintaining and updating client data in CRM; Providing excellent customer service
• Regularly engaging with consumers and soliciting their input; and Making sure that customer retention rates are high
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
