• Building a group of commission-based financial advisors to bring in business.
• The process of tracking and monitoring advisor-driven sales.
• Building trusting connections with both clients and employees.
• Conducting performance analyses and creating action plans.
• Determined the agent’s areas of need for training and collaborated with instructors to address them.
• Using management and monitoring capabilities to produce sales output that is consistent.
• Boost agent retention and productivity.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
