Job Description

Position: Team Development Manager/Sales

Location: Kolkata, India

Department: Sales

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve regional sales goals

·         Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents

·         Monitor and evaluate agent performance and provide feedback

·         Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents

·         Resolve customer complaints and inquiries

·         Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

·         Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         1.5+ years of experience in any sales

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team
