Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Cold calling potential customers and scheduling meetings and appointments with sales managers to generate leads.

– Reach out to prospective clients by cold calling and making outbound phone calls in order to pitch VoIP services (B2B)

– Keep a pool of potential customers that are qualified.

– Get back to clients. Maintain an eye on prospective clients and their needs.

– Provide them with all the information they need to understand the services.

– Handle every client complaint and ensure that it is resolved promptly and in accordance with the instructions provided.

– Making proposals and following up with clients to collect any unpaid balances.

– Guarantee the highest calibre of customer pleasure in a single phone call.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is Mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing

– Good communication Skills
