CTC:- 3.75 + INCENTIVES

Qualification:– Graduate in any field

Experience:- Minimum 2 years experience in BFSI Sales (Marketing)

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

-Build a strong relationship with the sales team of the bank channel partners

-Achieve sales targets as per channel strategy

-Meet prospective customers with the channel sales team to sell insurance solutions

-Provide pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement-)

-Ensure quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

-Enable channel sales team to use the latest digital platforms

Requirements:

-Graduate in Any filed

-1 year of sales insurance experience is a must, 2 years of work experience

-One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a go-getter attitude

-One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
