Responsibilities:

– Work together on lead generation campaign optimisation with the marketing team.
– Manage and guide a group of inside sales agents with a conversion-oriented approach.
– Clearly define your lead conversion goals and offer advice on efficient lead nurturing techniques.
– To improve the team’s lead conversion abilities, hold frequent training sessions.
– Create and execute successful inside sales tactics depending on leads.
– Examine lead data to find patterns and areas where conversion rates could be raised.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to synchronise plans for optimal effect.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
