Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
– Create and implement lead generating plans to find possible clients.
– To produce excellent leads, use a variety of channels, such as industry networks and internet platforms.
– Work together to maximise lead generation initiatives with the marketing team.
– Oversee and direct a group of inside sales agents who are committed to converting leads.
– Define precise goals for lead conversion and offer advice on successful lead nurturing techniques.
– Hold frequent training sessions to improve the group’s abilities in converting leads.
– Create and put into action successful lead-based inside sales tactics.
– Examine lead data to find patterns and chances to increase conversion rates.
– Closely collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to coordinate plans for optimal effect.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
