– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets within the banking sector.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
– Ensure adherence to compliance standards and company policies.
– Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
