Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– Create and put into practice efficient sales tactics to meet business objectives in the banking industry.
– Manage, coach, and inspire a productive sales force.
– Find and seize new business prospects while preserving close ties with current clients.
– Verify that company policies and compliance standards are followed.
– Send out performance reports on a regular basis and participate in strategic decision-making.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
