Functions and Accountabilities:
– Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to meet corporate goals in the banking industry.
– Manage, coach, and inspire a top-notch sales force.
– Find and seize new business prospects while preserving close ties with current clientele.
– Verify that corporate rules and compliance standards are followed.
– Submit performance reports on a regular basis and participate in strategic decision-making.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
