Field Sales Manager

Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Locate and attract new clients, and develop plans to increase the clientele.

• The capacity to support clients through the first stages of development and cultivate fruitful commercial partnerships with them.

• Quick learner with a love of sales; self-driven and results-oriented.

• Physically check the documentation that the customers turned in at the end of the sales call.

• In charge of accomplishing the insurance goal.

• Achieve brokerage in accordance with the designated goal.

• Manage and occasionally take part in sales marketing initiatives.

• Cross-selling of other goods, such as portfolio management, futures and options, equity and options trading, and so on

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales pr marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
