Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.

– Set sales targets and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

– Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
