Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• In charge of achieving sales goals and closing deals in the designated territory.
• In accordance with the company’s rules, aggressively market biologics for distal extremities and trauma to nurses and doctors.
• The appropriate usage of promotional materials should be determined by evaluating the potential of each customer.
• Distribution network management, including making sure that consumers receive their orders on schedule.
• Booking personal orders from channel partners is a requirement for RSM.
• Aware of and accountable for channel partner collections in accordance with business policies.
• Directly answering to the National Sales Manager.
• Maintaining an up-to-date client database and following reporting guidelines are essential.
• It is recommended to do long out-of-town trips.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
