Job Title: Sales Manager – Banking Sector (Tamil Nadu)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets in the Banking sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management.
Qualifications:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: min. 1 year in filed sales
