Position Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Officer to lead sales teams, meet targets, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth industry expertise and a proven track record in sales management.
CTC up to 3.80 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor strategies comprehensively.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Strategically generating leads through networking and proactive prospecting.
Identifying potential clients through research and leveraging referrals.
Arranging and conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
Actively participating in industry networking events to expand professional connections.

Candidate Requirements: 
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in field sales roles.
Age range: 21 to 38 years.
Must be a local native, preferably with over 1-5 years of local experience.
