Job Description

We are Looking for Young, Energetic and Diligent Managers for a Life Insurance Company the Role Holder Will Drive Sales Targets of the Organization for Both Traditional & Ulip Insurance Schemes Through a Network of Insurance Consultants.
Roles & Responsibility :
Have to Sell life insurance through your team.

•  Develop New Sales Market Strategy.
•  Generate Business Through Agents and Advisors.
•  Managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements.
•  Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
• Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of Advisors so that they can

  Desired Candidate Profile : –

• Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Sales & Marketing / BFSI Scoter
•  Must be Locality for the past 1 Year.
•  Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years.
•  Two Wheeler Required.
•  Good Communication and Presentation Skills are required.
• Basis Computer Skills : (MS – Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
