Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the insurance industry.

Required Performers

Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation
Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products
Meeting and explaining benefits of product to the customer
Generating leads via, networking, referrals.
Analyzing customer needs.
The major responsibility is to sell life insurance products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.

Skill requirement

Experience in field sales or related fields.
Strong leadership and managerial skills
the ability to encourage and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Candidate profile

Education:  Graduation

Experience: at least 2 year

Age: 22 to 38
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike

Must be Local (Live in the same city for the last 2 to 3 Years)
