- Recruitment and management of Agents – Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/ products. Monitor and review the agent’s performance.
- Meet customers regularly to achieve standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.
- Position of Team Leader.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Graduation is compulsory
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
- Age: Minimum 22 Years, Maximum 38 Years
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
