Sales Representative 

We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative who can design sales strategy and attract new clients

Required Performers 
Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with Agents.
The Guide, train, and encourage the sales team.
Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products
Ensure regular communication with pending leads/references.
The major responsibility is to sell l products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals and increase market share in the insurance business.
Generating leads via, networking, referrals.
Educating prospective consumers about insurance coverage and explaining difficult insurance concepts.

Skill requirement 

Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
Experience with various sales strategies.
Experience in field sales or related fields.
Knowledge of insurance products or services
Multitasking and handling multiple client inquiries

Required Candidate profile 

1 year of sales insurance experience is a must, 2 years of work experience
Age 22 to 38
Education. Graduation
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
