Post: Associate Sales Manager

CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Agent hiring and management: identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
• Regular visits on the field to sell policies with agents, dealers, or individuals.
• Knowledge of the market and the items. Keep an eye on and evaluate the agent’s work.
• The role of the team leader.
• Carrying out a sales plan using market segmentation, expands the market’s reach and penetration.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
• Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
• Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
