Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team
- Recruit, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives
- Identify and recruit potential financial advisors and leaders
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Engage in on-field activities to maximize customer reach

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in Sales & Marketing
- Age: 21 to 38 years
