Recruitment of a Senior Sales Executive and Team Leader in the Agency Vertical for India’s Leading Insurance Sector in the Gujarat Location
Duties and Job Roles:
- creating and carrying out sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- expanding business through the creation of new relationships and leads
- locating fresh business opportunities.
- fostering commercial ties with clients, both present and future.
- participating in networking events to draw and keep clients.
- creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to expand a business.
- maintaining and updating company development, marketing, and sales documents
- helping with marketing and advertising initiatives.
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- Experience: Mini. 1 + Years in Sales and Marketing in BFSI/Investment/Pharma/NBFC/Telecom etc.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
