Job Description

Profile:  Business Development Executive

The competitive compensation package of up to 3.25 LPA + incentives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
  • Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
  • Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management.
  • Monitoring capabilities and improving agent productivity and retention.
  • Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
  • Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-field sales functions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Must be a resident for at least 3-5 years.
