Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Performed outbound sales efforts to find and connect with potential customers in the sector, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Establish and nurture a solid rapport with potential customers by learning about their needs as a business and skillfully presenting your solutions as the best option.
• Work together to create and carry out successful sales campaigns, initiatives, and strategies with the marketing and sales teams.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, making sure that quotas and targets are reached.
• Ensure that sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback are accurately and promptly reported to the management team.
• Keep up a relationship with the clients and offer them a range of services.
• Keep up of market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends in order to modify your sales approach.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
