Job Duties 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Generating leads via, networking, referrals.
• Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
• Comply with company policies and regulations.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals
• Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales.
• Analyzing customer needs
• Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients

Skillset criteria 

• Capable leadership and management abilities
• Prior experience in field sales or similar roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding strategic insight and problem-solving capabilities

Candidate Info 

A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary

Bachelor’s degree required for this position.

Candidates aged 22-38.

A bike and valid license are required.
