Responsibility:
- Complete insurance applications quickly and precisely.
- Proper Field Work
- Determine the needs of the consumer and suggest suitable insurance options.
- Organize and keep accurate information about insurance policies.
- Respond to requests and questions from agents about their insurance plans.
- Describe the proper roles and responsibilities of agents.
- Keep current on business policies and industry demands.
- Help with the handling of claims (where appropriate).
