Job Description :
- Work directly with the Founder on developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals, elevate our brand presence, and showcase our expertise in product design.
- Lead a team of content creators, and designers to produce high-quality content across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the companys marketing efforts and expand its reach.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve marketing objectives within budget constraints. Monitor spending, track ROI, and adjust as needed to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the content marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
