Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• Put sales initiatives into action to meet the designated area’s or territory’s allocated sales and profitability target.
• Assistance with product promotion to specific physicians and hospitals within the designated region is provided by the Regional Sales Business Manager.
• Use tenders and government businesses to find new business prospects.
• Assure effective usage of the territory’s company demo units.
• As needed, work together and cooperatively with RSM and RBM.
• To increase Strykers’ customer base, maintain important customers and look for new ones and business prospects.
• Determine, cultivate, and oversee various business channels (distributors & direct sales) within the region.
• Utilising discussions about technology and commerce, offer consumers solutions that satisfy their needs.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
