The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in a company. This position requires a dynamic individual with industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management who will contribute to the success of our organization through maintain superior customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high performing team of insurance agents.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.

Qualification Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
• Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
