Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trend
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Candidate Info 

  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree required for this position.
  • Candidates aged 22-38.
  • A bike and valid license are required.
