Responsibilities :

• Lead provides by the company you need to work on this lead
• Cold Calling the customer and selling the insurance policy
• Give the right policy explanation to clients
• Generate business through the advisers
• Lead the team of advisers
• Motivate them to achieve targets
• Provide training and guidance to them

Requirement: 

• Any Graduates
• Candidate must have field job experience.
• Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.
• Age: 22 to 38
• Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
• Must have local candidate
