Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.
• Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
• Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer.

• Experience: 2+ Years in field Sales & marketing
• Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
• Two Wheeler Required
