Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Create a sales strategy, implement it, and accomplish your top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.
• Develop a value offer for potential customers and market the organization’s brand in designated areas.
• Regularly review the sales plan and, along with the CEO, take appropriate action to make modifications and policy changes.
• In accordance with established SLAs, maintain and publish a sales database and MIS on a regular basis.
• In charge of accomplishing the personal goal.
• Gather and publish client feedback on a quarterly basis using pre-established mechanisms.
• Conduct research, comprehend the dynamics of the external environment, and its consequences for the organization’s present and future plans. Recommend any necessary strategy modifications.
• Follow the pertinent procedures and guidelines set forth by the organisation.
• Assemble and oversee a team, assigning tasks.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
