Job Roles and Responsibilities:
– Helping the sales manager reach his or her sales goals.
– Educating clients about the benefits of life insurance policy.
– To assemble and manage a group of business partners.
– Create the necessary team through mentoring, instruction, team management, assistance, etc.
Improving sales success through training and managing sales personnel.
Candidate Requirement:
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry.
– 2 + Years of Experience in the BFSI sector is Preferable.
Age: 24 to 38 years.
Local candidates are highly preferable.
