Job Description
Roles and Duties :
– Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
– Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
– Hire and Train Sales Team from open market
– Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
– Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile :
– A Graduate degree within the age group of 24 to 38 years,
– Who has been a local resident for min 4 years
– At least 2 years experience of field sales
– Should have good market network
