We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Agency Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize business growth.
• Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the BFSI sector.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to effectively represent the company.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• A bike and valid license are required.
