Associate Relationship Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of air conditioning products.

• Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in selecting the right solutions to meet their needs.

• Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer requirements and provide technical support as needed.

• Sales Administration:

• Prepare and submit sales orders, contracts, and other documentation accurately and promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment processing.

• Market Intelligence:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.

• Provide input to product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence and generate leads.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
